We do not accept any orders with Holiday, Religious, Military or Political material or themes. |
Art Charges
|
To duplicate customer supplied artwork or logos, there is a one time setup charge of $40.00. Your artwork can be transmitted as an email attachment in either .jpg, .gif, .cdr, .pdf, .eps or .psd file formats. Your image should be at least 320x240 pixels and a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. Hard copies, sent by surface mail, should be no smaller than 5x7 inches. |
Lettering
|
The "Awards Price" on all items includes a stock design of your choice and 20 letters of text. Additional lettering is $0.10 / letter per item. Any lettering that is part of your" logo" would be considered as your logo and would be covered under the logo setup charge above. On an order with your "logo" you would also get 10 letters of text at no additional charge. |

Designs

We have over 100 original stock equestrian, llama and dog designs and try to add new ones when we have the time. These are all copyrighted designs and are not free for the taking. They are only for work created by our Studio and cannot be used for any other purpose without our written consent. If you need to use stock designs please fill out a Design Request and we will send you a password for internet viewing. |
Payment
|
Work commences on your order upon receipt of your payment or deposit. Orders require a minimum deposit of 50%. Orders placed and accepted with four weeks or less until shipping, require full payment. No orders are shipped until we receive your final payment. Payment can be made with your personal check, company check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover cards. We also accept instant electronic payment through Pay Pal .com

Lead Time
|
You can never order too early. Lead time varies depending on the time of the year and our schedule. Normal lead time is 6-8 weeks but this time may be longer during busy times, so please order early. Even if you are not sure of your final order it is always wise to let us know that you will be placing an order so that we can schedule time for your order. |
Ordering

We prefer for you to give us a call at 888.394.5424 to answer any questions about your order before sending it in to us. After talking to us we will need a printed copy of your order, especially if you have an extensive class list. This can be sent by
fax (479.243.9661), email or surface mail. If you send your order by fax or email please give us a call to confirm that we received your order. |
Shipping
|
Depending on the size of your order shipping can be by UPS, Common Carrier or Priority Mail. Transit time can be as much as 7-8 working days to the West Coast and 4-5 days to the East Coast. Shipping costs to the West Coast are higher. As of 9/1/2005 all carrier fuel surcharges will be added to the customers invoice.
